Common Questions
How do the in-person groups typically run?
Our groups are facilitated by experienced professionals in a warm, low-pressure environment. Sessions usually blend guided activities with natural social opportunities, lasting between 45 to 90 minutes depending on the age group and focus area.
What is the typical group size?
To ensure every child receives meaningful connection and support, we keep our groups small—typically between 4 to 8 participants. This allows for a safe, community-focused feel where nobody feels overwhelmed.
Do parents need to attend the sessions?
This varies by group type. Our Parent-Child groups are designed for shared participation, while older children’s groups like Social Skills often have independent sessions with a short feedback period for parents at the end.
How do we know which group is right for our child?
We're here to help you decide. We recommend sharing your interest through our form, and a team member will reach out for a clear, gentle conversation about your child’s strengths and which environment would most nourish their growth.
